At the time at IFI I worked with Christian S. Jensen and Michael Bøhlen, Department of Computer Science, Aalborg University, on a multi-dimensional spatio-temporal extension to SQL-92, termed STSQL.
My project at IFI
I did research on temporal databases and distributed environments. The
initial objective was to study formal temporal structures for a loosely type of data integration based on time-varying data stored in several underlying databases. One of the main goals was to define and utilize a formal object model that acts as the canonical model and glue for accessing and manipulating distributed temporal objects and data.
(PS! This was my initial presentation of the project, but as you probably will notice
from the publication list below this project has slightly(?) been refocused :-)
