My PhD Project
In my PhD project I do research on multi-resolution spatial data management.
The main objective is to study models, formal languages and
representations that are suitable for efficient and consistent managment of
multi-resolution spatial and non-spatial data.
- 1998 - 1999 Course work and literature study, work on networks and
terrain models.
- In 2000 I spent a year at Keele University and visited
Prof. Michael
Worboys.
- 2001 work on resolution and dependencies.
- 2002-2003 worked at SINTEF ICT
- 2004 planned finish.
