This page, and it links, was used during the planing of the 2006-Greenland expedition.  We followed the plan and had a successful expedition:
  1. Finished mapping the detachment around the eclogite terrain on Liverpool land.
  2. Located and sampled more peridotite bodies.
  3. Located and sampled more eclogite bodies.
  4. Detailed work on the melt relationships in the eclogite terrain.
  5. Finished mapping the Jurassic unconformity in detail on Milne Land
  6. Finished sampling for fission track analysis on a 200 km profile along the fjord
  7. Initiated a new water sample program for, to study weathering products
  8. Sampled Triassic-Jurassic sediments for paleomagnetic analysis
  9. Sampled hard and softrocks for analysis of cosmogenic ray exposure
