How to fix the php mode in jed when having a statement inside \''s
over several lines
1. Find the php.sl file. In ubuntu it is located at
/usr/share/jed/lib/php.sl
2. Go to the line containing the following:
define_syntax( '\'', '\'', $1 ); % strings
Around line 1015.
3. Change to:
define_syntax( '\'', '"', $1 ); % strings
That is NOT two ', but a " (SHIFT-2)
