MobilePhrasier is a version of Phrasier for running vocabulary practice on your mobile telephone. It uses the same training algorithms and file format as Phrasier: i.e. it will pick flash cards based on your feedback on which phrases you know well or do not know.

Like Phrasier, it is a simple program focused around one thing: vocabulary practice using flash cards. You can choose to view the phrase, the pronounciation (pinyin if practicing Chinese), translation or comment by the click of a button, and you can give feedback to the program on a scale of 1 to 5 on how well you know the term. After practicing, the updated practice session file is saved back to the memory card, remembering which terms you have practiced and how well you know these.

Although MobilePhrasier was been made with Chinese in mind, it should be useable with any language as long as your phone supports the character sets. All that is required is that you have a mobile phone with Java support and with security settings that allow access to the memory card since the vocabulary and practice results will be stored there.
