DNA Oligonucleotide Sequence Set Editor with Regular expressions

DOSSER (DNA Oligonucleotide Sequence Set Editor with Regular expressions) is software for designing combinatorial sequence sets containing short DNA oligonucleotides. A combinatorial sequence set is a set of DNA sequences where all sequences have the same length and are unique.

DOSSER is intended for large quantity design of short DNA microarray (DNA chip) probes, but can even be used for DNA sequence analysis.

Features (DOSSER version 1.0)

System requirements

Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 98, Windows ME or Windows NT, running the .NET Framework . <1 MB of free disk space for executable. Sequence sets may require considerable disk space (depending on the sequence length used (see the supplied help files for details)).
