A photo taken in July 2005 when I was trying to teach my daughter a basic rhythmic pattern. The aspects of timbre, duration and inter-onset interval were not stressed on this occasion.

 

After three years leave from my position as a lecturer at the Department of Musicology, University of Oslo to attend a position as a PhD-student affiliated with the project "Rhythm in the Age of Digital Reproduction" led by professor Anne Danielsen I am now back in my former position and my PhD-project is completed.
