Code suggested by John Peter Acklam, jacklam@math.uio.no at the
comp.soft-sys.matlab newsgroup, 1999. Finds the median/mean of a
vector or matrix with NaN-elements. These files are replacements to
the original nanmedian and nanmean files which come with the MATLAB statistical toolbox.
