My
research comprise
the characterization of chemical and physical properties of
nanostructured matter where development of new methods to pursue these
topics has been one goal
through out all projects. Initially, the chemical characterization of
nanostructured semiconductor-metal junctions dominated but in recent
years the physical properties
of nanoparticles has been more emphasized. Presently, the science and
application of carbon nanotubes is the major subject of my research
where Raman spectroscopy is a key tool.
