I am a Ph. D. Candidate at the Department of Informatics, University of Oslo in Norway. I have been studying Information Systems Design, Development and Implementation, and associated technology-based organization changes in the public sector of a Developing Country context focusing on open collaboration and open innovation. Before joining the University of Oslo I worked at Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia in different capacities including as Department Chairperson, Assistant Dean, Lecturer (Information Systems) and Systems Librarian. I have participated and led several information systems development and implementation projects in education, healthcare and finance sectors.
