Spring 2008 I have the plenary exercises in MAT1110. I am also standin lecturer in this course.
Fall 2008 I have the plenary exercises in MAT1120.
Spring 2007 I hold the course INF3470 - Digital signal processing at the University of Oslo. I also held this course 2006 and 2005.
I am working on a project where the goal is to introduce computational methods in the beginning math courses at the University. My part in this project has so fra been the following:

• Getting the full overview of the two math courses MAT1110 and MAT1120 by taking care of the plenary exercises, and being standin lecturer
• Going through all previously produced material for these courses, and putting them in a common framework
• Creating new compulsory exercises for these courses with a computational perspective. Topics which have been selected for MAT1120 are pageranking algorithms and image compression based on singular value decompositions (fall 2007), wavelet-based image compression and Markov chains (fall 2008).
