"Galois theory, anchor maps and Hopf algebroids."

Abstract : A type of projectivity condition on a subring defines depth two and leads to a Galois theory with bialgebroids over the centralizer. All kinds of Galois and pseudo-Galois extensions of (non)commutative algebras feed into this theory and output the main examples to date of Hopf algebroids.
