Please remember that Port Moresby is on Sydney time. That is, we are 10 hours ahead of GMT (London, when they are not on Daylight Savings Time (Summer Time)), which places us 15 hours ahead of New York, and 9 hours ahead of Oslo. So when it is 5 PM Monday in New York, it is 8 AM Tuesday morning in PNG. And when it is 9 o'clock in the morning in Oslo, it is 18 (6 in the evening) here. If you're calling me Friday afternoon from New York, you will get me Saturday morning in Port Moresby.
